Aktis SL is a private investment company incorporated in the Principality of Andorra. The company manages its own patrimonial investments across selected verticals, with a long-term horizon and an emphasis on the autonomous preservation and generation of value.
An own-account vehicle.
Aktis operates exclusively on its own account. The company does not solicit external capital, does not offer financial services to third parties, and is not subject to any collective investment regime. Its activity consists of holding, administering and disposing of assets and participations owned by the company itself.
The company has its registered office in Escaldes-Engordany and is regulated under Andorran company law.

Patrimonial investment in tangible assets
Direct ownership and long-term administration of real assets, with particular attention to location, quality of the underlying asset, and durability of value.
Development and operation of proprietary digital products
Internal development of software products operated under separate brands. The company retains full ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Selective strategic participations
Minority or majority positions in third-party initiatives aligned with the group's criteria. All participations are held directly on the company's balance sheet.
